What we do with your data.

This site is run by Horace Media S.R.L., Tax ID (CUI) RO26053386, Trade Reg. No. J2009000417197, with its registered office at Salcâm 2, 530153 Miercurea-Ciuc, Harghita, Romania. For any question about your data: office@horacemedia.ro or +40 729 308 090.

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email, the project type, the extra detail (if you add one) and the message. We don't ask for sensitive data. The site doesn't use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

To reply to you and, if you want, to prepare a quote. The legal basis: the steps we take at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR). We don't use the data for advertising and we don't sell it.

The message leaves the site through Resend, the platform that sends the form's email, and lands in our email inbox, hosted by Google. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data only on our behalf. Some of them are based outside the European Union; the transfer is made with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

For as long as our conversation with you lasts. If the conversation becomes a project, the correspondence stays in the project file for as long as the law requires. Otherwise, we delete it within 2 years of the last message.

To stop automated messages, the IP address of the request is used for only a few minutes, to limit the number of messages, and we don't store it. As with any website, the hosting provider briefly keeps technical logs of the requests, for security.

What you choose from the Custom button (the finish, the colour, larger text, contrast, animations) stays only in your browser. It doesn't reach us. You can clear it at any time with “↺ Factory settings” or from your browser settings.

You can ask at any time to see your data, to have us correct it, delete it or restrict its processing, or to receive it in a format that's easy to move. You can object to the processing. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, ANSPDCP (the Romanian data protection authority), dataprotection.ro.
