Five steps. From brief to handover.
About
HORACE delivers projects through five steps: brief, design, prototype, fabrication, installation. Each step has clear deliverables and a client sign-off point. The flow reduces technical surprises and protects the timeline — used for museums, institutions, premium retail and hospitality since 2009.
Process steps
Brief
We receive the drawing, dimensions, context. We reply with a technical estimate and a list of questions — concrete, not generic.
Design
Execution drawings, materials list, lighting and cabling schemes. Anything we make in the atelier already has its tolerances set here.
Prototype
We build the critical section — joint, finish, integration — at full scale. Client approval before full fabrication.
Fabrication
Production in Moara Vlăsiei, by our own team. Wood, metal, surfaces — all pass through the atelier before any transport.
Installation
On-site assembly with per-space protocols — museum, active restaurant, corporate reception. We hand over with no trace and the inventory plaque engraved.
